• All ITW Dynatec BF hot melt glue modules come standard with an integrated heated filter with over 6 times the surface area of competitive filters. Because of the larger filter surface area, the filter maintains a longer life and reduces nozzle clogs better than the standard filter of the competitor. The filter is integrated into the nozzle itself, helping it maintain a better working temperature for the adhesive being used in the application – further reducing the possibility of the adhesive clogging the nozzle. As an added bonus, a filter flush valve allows for easy back flushing, helping to increase filter life and reduce nozzle clogs even further.
